National Native American Heritage Month is commemorated throughout the month of November. The Neuroscience Major Program understands the importance of recognizing and celebrating the long history and rich culture of Indigenous people across the United States.

We encourage our faculty, staff, and students to utilize the below resources to learn more about Indigenous cultures and the accomplishments and successes of Native Americans in the neuroscience field. It is our hope that through education we can support and continue to celebrate our local Indigenous communities.
